Open Office Hours

We are now offering our Open Office Hours via online appointments.  This is a free service we offer to the community.  Every Saturday our IT security and privacy professionals are offering 30 and 60 minute appointments for folks in need of help. Whether you would like to understand password managers, guidance on removing your online data, or have deeper concerns for your online safety we are here to support you.

Here are a few suggestions to point you in the right direction:

30 minutes

  • Password resets
  • Enabling two-factor authentication
  • Minor tech issues or questions
  • Online data removal requests for a few sites
  • Google-dorking, or tips on finding your online information
  • Setting up a password manager
  • Medium complexity tech issues or questions

60 minutes

  • Online safety concerns
  • Privacy and security checkups for online accounts (may take a few meetings)
  • Spyware/Stalkerware concerns
  • Complex or very complex tech issues or questions
