We want to send our heartfelt THANK YOU for all your support this year with Giving Tuesday!! Your support is essential to our success. Whether it was via donation, sharing our social media posts, or telling your friends and family it is greatly appreciated and not taken for granted. We were absolutely blown away with the community coming together to raise $1208 in cash and online donations!
Every dollar raised goes directly to supporting women and non-binary individuals in our community get plugged in and supported throughout their STEAM academic and professional careers. Your support directly helps our mission and programs. This next year we will be growing our programs to offer even more to you and our community.
Join us at one of our upcoming events:
- Movie Showing: CODE: Debugging the Gender Gap — we will be hosting a movie night for the community on Monday, December 10 to educate folks on the gender gap in tech and why it’s important.
- PS Workshop — a free monthly workshop series starting on Saturday, December 15th to teach the community at large as well as focus groups (women/minorities, activists, public figures, etc.) about being safe online through good privacy and security practices.
- Holiday Mixer — we will be hosting a holiday mixer where the community is invited to come and meet the board and volunteers that make up Future Ada. Stay tuned for more details!
