PJALS Action Conference – PS Workshop: Community Organizers

For this Privacy & Security Workshop, we will be focusing on the special considerations community organizers and activists will want to keep in mind when protecting themselves and their data online.

As a community organizer, activist, or public figure, you are in the public spotlight more than the rest of the community. What does this mean for keeping your data safe? How do you stay visible and accessible in the community and still stay safe? What do you do if you are targeted by someone in the community who disagrees with you?

This workshop is open to the community as a whole as we care about helping making us all safer and stronger together. Admission is free but space is limited so sign up today! This will be an ongoing monthly series with a rotating focus. Bring your laptop so we can help walk you through the steps to protect your online self.
